Bannu 7 Police Abducted in Attack
According to details, 30 to 40 armed men attacked the police checkpost in Bannu’s Atmanzai area and abducted seven personnel on duty. The attackers also took away weapons and other equipment from the police.
The abduction was escaped by four police officers who were not there at the time.
Over the last year, there has been a notable increase in occurrences connected to terrorism in Pakistan, especially in the regions of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
