Gujranwala – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala has officially released the results of the Class 12 annual examinations held earlier this year. According to the official gazette, a total of 135,810 students appeared in the exams, out of which 85,696 students successfully passed.
Top honors went to Bushra Shabbir from the Pre-Medical Group, who achieved the first position with an outstanding 1159 out of 1200 marks.
