The Conjuring: Last Rites Surpasses Taken and Constantine at Global Box Office
The latest installment in the Conjuring franchise, The Conjuring: Last Rites, continues to perform strongly at the global box office. Having crossed the $100 million mark domestically, the film has already earned $243.6 million worldwide.
Currently ranked as the 16th highest-grossing film of 2025, Last Rites has outperformed titles such as 28 Years Later, Freakier Friday, Karate Kid: Legends, and The Naked Gun.
In an impressive feat, the movie has also surpassed the lifetime earnings of one of Liam Neeson’s most iconic films, the 2008 action thriller Taken, which helped cement Neeson’s status as an action star. In addition, it has outgrossed the 2005 superhero-horror hit Constantine, starring Keanu Reeves of The Matrix.
