He comes to see me frequently: Matthew Perry is still felt by Courteney Cox

Following Matthew Perry’s terrible death in October of last year, Courteney Cox disclosed that she continues to sense his presence. Matthew Perry was her co-star on Friends. In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, Cox revealed that Perry “visits” her often.

Perry portrayed Monica Geller opposite Cox as Chandler Bing. In later Friends seasons, the two characters fell in love and tied the knot. The remaining members of the close-knit New York City friend circle were portrayed by Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Aniston, and David Schwimmer in the ensemble cast of the program.

Cox said that she believes other significant people in her life who have died away are still guiding her. “I speak with Matthew, my dad, and my mom. She remarked, “I believe that many people lead us in the right direction. “I can definitely feel Matthew around.”

Reminiscing about their time together on the show, Cox wrote a poignant tribute to her buddy Perry following his passing.

Cox added, “I miss you every day, Matty, and I am so grateful for every moment I had with you,” next to a video of Monica and Chandler’s first kiss in London. There are countless instances I wish I could share when working as closely as I did with Matthew. Here’s one of my favorites for now.

“To provide some background, Chandler and Monica were originally intended to have a brief encounter in London,” she said. However, their love story only began due of the audience’s response. He whispered a funny line for me to say in this scene before we started filming. That was something he did a lot. He was nice and humorous.
