Govinda’s Daughter Dismisses Divorce Rumors About Parents
Mumbai – Rumors of a split between Bollywood veteran Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja appear to be unfounded. Just days after Indian media reported that Sunita, married to the ‘Hero No. 1’ star since 1987, had filed for divorce citing adultery, cruelty, and desertion, their daughter Tina Ahuja has stepped forward to clarify.
Speaking to the press, Tina said simply, “It’s all rumours.”
Govinda, known for films like Second Hand Husband, also addressed the speculation, stating, “I don’t pay attention to these rumours. I feel blessed to have a beautiful family and am grateful for all the love and support we have been receiving from the media, fans, and our loved ones.”
The couple, together for 38 years, have two children: elder daughter Tina (Narmada) Ahuja and younger son Yashvardhan.
