Flax seeds

Quinoa seed

The seeds are often grouped with cereal grains like oats and barley, but quinoa is actually a pseudocereal, botanically related to spinach and amaranth. Quinoa seeds are high in protein, fiber, B vitamins, and minerals, and are a complete protein source, containing all nine essential amino acids.
