Three Different Ways to Make Healthy Sandwiches

Eating healthy does not mean that you have to give up your favorite food. These tasty sandwiches can fulfill your taste and are high in protein. These also have greater health benefits leading to a fit and healthy body and mind.

Let’s begin the recipes to make these yummy sandwiches.

Grilled Chicken Sandwichs

First off you start by taking whole wheat bread or any sugar-free bread you like. Bran bread proves best in this case.

Then you take half the chicken breasts and cut them into small chunks.

Season the chunks with salt and pepper, spray some oil on them or you can use butter(not more than 1 tsp).

Then you roast them in the oven, you can use a griller or a steamer. Or just fry those with 1 tsp oil.

After the chicken is cooked, you take some onions, tomatoes and cut them. You can then add lettuce.

Take the slice of bread, use some fresh tomato sauce to layer the slice. Then add onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and chicken. And the sandwiches are ready.

Dip Chicken Sandwich

Take some chicken and boil it in water having salt and pepper, shred the chicken.

Take a bowl to add chicken and greek yogurt. Then add salt to taste. Add some black pepper and oregano.

Take the bread and add this mixture to layer it. And Voila!

Egg Sandwichs

Boil 2 to 3 eggs, cut the eggs into round pieces.

You can add roasted chicken if you like.

Add some boiled sweet corn, eggs and add some tomatoes.

layer this on a slice of bread. Voila!, Sandwiches are read.
