Actress Humaira Asghar Found Dead in Karachi Apartment
Karachi police are looking into the death of Pakistani actress Humaira Asghar, who was found dead in her apartment in Defence Phase VI, Karachi. Her body is now at a morgue (a place where bodies are kept before burial).
The police contacted her family to take the body, but the family refused. They said they have no connection with her. Police said if the family does not take the body, they will arrange for her burial.
An autopsy (post-mortem) has been done, and more details will be shared after the final report comes in.

Humaira’s body was found on Tuesday in her flat in the Ittehad Commercial Area of DHA Phase VI. A police officer said the 35-year-old actress had been living alone there for the past seven years.
According to police, she had not paid rent since 2024, and the flat owners had taken her to court over unpaid rent.
When a court-appointed bailiff (a legal officer) came to check the flat, he found her decomposed body inside.
