Justin Baldoni Accused of Abuse
Accuser Alleges Verbal Abuse by Justin Baldoni, Set to Testify in Upcoming Trial
Hollywood actor and director Justin Baldoni is facing fresh allegations from a collaborator on a project separate from his romance film It Ends With Us. According to court documents filed Monday, the accuser—whose name has been redacted—claims to have experienced “repeated, negative interactions” with Baldoni and some of his associates.
The documents further allege instances of verbal abuse, stating that the accuser was “not permitted on set during the majority of production” due to these experiences. They also requested that Baldoni “not be involved in marketing or public relations efforts” related to the project.
Sources report that the accuser is expected to testify against Baldoni in the upcoming sexual harassment trial involving Blake Lively, set to begin in New York’s federal courthouse next March.
For context, Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against her It Ends With Us co-star and director Baldoni in December, followed by a lawsuit. Baldoni denied the allegations and countersued Lively, but his $400 million countersuit was dismissed in June.
