Five Fishermen Dead After Boat Capsizes Near Gwadar
Five fishermen died after their fishing boat capsized near Gwadar, close to Gwadar. The boat had left Karachi with six men on board.
Only one fisherman survived the tragic accident. Officials confirmed that a father and his son were among those who died.
The bodies of Abdu Awal and Ramazan were handed over to their families. Both men were from Machhar Colony, where their funeral prayers will be held.
Three other bodies were brought back to Karachi and buried in the graveyards of Ibrahim Haidery and Machhar Colony.
The Pakistan Fisher Folk Forum (PFFF) confirmed on Sunday that all five bodies were recovered from the sea.
