Kelley Wolf Receives New Protective Order Amid Ongoing Divorce Battle
Kelley Wolf has been issued a new protective order that bars her from contacting her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, or their three children, according to reports from international media. The order comes just days after Kelley was arrested for allegedly violating a temporary agreement.
Scott Wolf, best known for his role in Party of Five, and Kelley, who married in 2004, share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. The couple announced their split in June and have since been entangled in a contentious divorce and custody dispute.
The actor currently holds temporary sole custody of the children and filed for a restraining order against Kelley following a series of social media incidents. Last month, Kelley publicly demanded on Instagram that Scott allow her to see the kids. She also shared his personal phone number online, reportedly resulting in a flood of calls and messages from strangers.
Following the complaint, Kelley was arrested on August 26 in Park City, Utah, on charges of electronic communication harassment and disclosing personal identifying information. She was booked at Summit County Jail and released two days later.
Under the latest protective order, Kelley is prohibited from contacting Scott or their children until the next court hearing on September 10. The documents specify that she must avoid any form of violence, harassment, or threatening behavior, including stalking or actions that could cause physical harm.
Additionally, Kelley must maintain a distance of at least 300 feet from Scott and may only communicate with him during court-supervised mediation sessions regarding their divorce or custody arrangements. She is also restricted from consuming alcohol or drugs and may only enter the family home under police supervision to retrieve her belongings.
