Gypsy Rose Blanchard, Wants to be a McDonald’s employee?
After serving a sentence for planning to kill her mother, Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released in December and is thinking about moving away from the spotlight.
Blanchard, 32, expressed her wish for a more conventional life in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I think everything has been very hyped up, and I’ve had wonderful opportunities, but I don’t see those lasting,” she stated. “A decision needs to be made at some point. And it is, at what point do I give up?”
Some were taken aback by Blanchard’s possible work choices. There’s a part of me that thinks I should go work at McDonald’s. She said, “I adore those French fries.” She also mentioned that she was interested in retail, especially in the beauty industry.
“When things calm down and I have no obligations, I do want to get a 9 to 5, but first I have to learn the things that get me there,” Blanchard said, acknowledging the difficulties in reintegrating into society. Currently, getting a driver’s license is important, she said, adding, “I need to know how to drive in order to get to a job.”
Blanchard, who is set to feature in the forthcoming Lifetime series “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up,” has been blogging about her adventures with her newfound independence, which includes going to In-N-Out Burger. She remained devoted to McDonald’s fries even if she pronounced their Double Double better than a Big Mac. She posted on TikTok, “I won’t lie, I still love McDonald’s fries the best.” “The In-N-Outs are a tad on the thin side. And I’m nothing but slender, as you can see,” she laughed.
