NADRA Launches Online Appointment and Fee Payment System to Ease Public Services
ISLAMABAD – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new online appointment system, allowing citizens to book visits to any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) across Pakistan through the Pak ID app.
According to NADRA, citizens are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure smooth processing. The initiative is aimed at reducing long queues, cutting down waiting times, and improving overall crowd management at registration centers.
The Pak ID app, which already provides services such as applying for new, renewed, or modified CNICs and NICOPs, now makes scheduling appointments more convenient. The app also supports biometric verification, document uploads, and online payments — offering citizens a complete end-to-end digital solution.
In addition, NADRA has upgraded its online fee payment system, enabling users in Pakistan and abroad to pay for identity-related documents using Easypaisa, JazzCash, or e-Sahulat. This feature covers payments for Smart National Identity Cards (SNIC), Child Registration Certificates (CRC), and Family Registration Certificates (FRC).
Officials said the digital payment process is simple, secure, and user-friendly, ensuring that documents are processed efficiently and delivered to applicants’ chosen addresses without delay.
The latest updates mark another step in NADRA’s efforts to modernize its services and provide greater convenience to the public.
