New year with New Resolutions
Congratulations! You have arrived at the write page if you are listening to the same thing that I am. What I’m hearing is that “you should just go with the flow and live your life rather than making plans and new resolutions for the coming year”. People asking us why we make resolutions for the upcoming year. I’ll respond to them on your behalf. I think it’s important for us to set resolutions because they provide us with a direction, a roadmap, and predetermined goals to work toward. At the very least, we know what our goals are for the future; we know what we need to accomplish and what we shouldn’t do. This serves as a kind of internal drive that keeps us on track and helps us approach the new year with more awareness of our actions.
Resolutions remind us of the commitments we made to ourselves and help us stay mindful of the wrong things to do. Like my resolution to not worry about things in the upcoming year. Worrying about things that don’t help us do anything is pointless, and who wants to feel like they aren’t productive in the new year? In order to remember my resolution over the upcoming year, I’m going to write it down in my journal along with others. Therefore, you ought to give it a shot this year.
Before the new year arrives, you should be aware of the following crucial points
First of all, you have your unique viewpoints and life experiences; everyone has a unique life story and set of goals, but here are some recommendations I have for you. You should learn how to set priorities for your life, determining which tasks require more of your time and attention than others. Prioritize yourself and recognize your value. I know that everyone would argue that this is common knowledge and that you should prioritize your own needs above those that demand more of your time and attention. However, a majority of you fail to take the necessary action.
Second, we must comprehend the most crucial concept that the majority of us overlook: many of us believe in a god or in a higher power who manages our world. God provides for our needs rather than our desires. Give it your all and focus on being productive; instead of worrying about money, food, clothing, or fitness. Rather than expending your energy worrying about what you want to do and becoming unproductive as a result, ungraciousness will cause you to stray from your objective. Thus, give your all and be grateful for what you have. Declare aloud that you are grateful every day. Your subconscious wants to hear this.
Thirdly, stop the comparison no one is like you, you are unique and you are you. If anything is better than you it’s your tomorrow.
Finally, put back your phone and look into life’s eye. Life is meant to be lived without lenses or filters. Remain calm and realize that happiness doesn’t require a lot of things. You can make the proper connections with the outside world if you have a deep understanding and connection to yourself. The world will accept and love you for who you are if you embrace your actual self and do not flee from your truth.
Let’s set new goals for the coming year:
- Determine your own worth and make a commitment to prioritize yourself; trust me someone who make you question if you are worthy of being loved is not worthy of being loved by you.
- Sort things into categories based on their significance to you; draw boundaries between tasks that demand more and less of your time, and then order them in order of importance.
- Let go of people and things; there’s no need to hold onto things that aren’t in your life right now. Don’t let the past ruin the present; keep reminding yourself every day that you might have been entitled to better.
- Take action based on your happiness, but remember to always stay inside your borders and never cross them.
- Make a to-do list of regular tasks you’d like to complete, and at the end of the day, note any successes and lessons you learned. It will lead to self-reflection and increased productivity in your life.
- Now go and have a fantastic 2024. Think joyful and positive thoughts as we begin 2024.
