Nutella Chocolate Cookies, Simple Recipe at Home

Nutella is undoubtedly everyone’s favorite and Chocolate Cookies are something that almost everyone grew up eating. So, get up and start making these delicious cookies and make your friends jealous.
Ingredients:
12 teaspoon Nutella
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
135 gm all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cornflour
40 gm cocoa powder
115 gm unsalted butter
50 gm caster sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoon milk
How to make Nutella Chocolate Cookies:
Step 1 Freeze Nutella balls:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Then add 12 dollops of Nutella separately on the paper. Let it freeze for half an hour.These Nutella dollops will form Nutella balls.
Step 2 Make the cookie dough:
In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Beat until you get a smooth mixture. Then add vanilla extract and egg. Beat again. Make sure the mixture is smooth. Now, add baking soda, cornflour, cocoa powder, and all-purpose flour. Stir to combine well. Form a cookie dough. Add milk if the cookie dough is too dry.
Step 3 Stuff the cookie with nutella:
Preheat the oven to 180C. After that, take a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it. Then add frozen Nutella balls in the center. Wrap the cookie dough around the Nutella ball. Roll it into a ball and then place it on the parchment paper-lined on a baking tray. Repeat the step for other Nutella balls as well.
Step 4 Bake the cookies:
Bake the cookies for about 10 mins. Once done, take them out and serve them hot. Your delicious Nutella Chocolate Cookies are ready.
