In nine months, Atlas Honda’s profit increased by 65% to Rs. 6.08 billion
The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) lists Atlas Honda Limited (ATLH), which just released its financial results for the nine months that ended on December 31, 2023. With a profit after tax of Rs6.08 billion for this time as opposed to Rs3.69 billion for the same period last year, the company claimed a significant increase in earnings.
A strong 12.63% increase in the company’s top line, to Rs115.42 billion, is responsible for the notable profit increase. The gross profit increased by 21.75%, which is a respectable gain despite an increase in the cost of sales.
The amount of other income increased significantly to Rs6.24 billion. Other expenses decreased but costs for sales and marketing increased. Higher interest rates led to an increase in the financing expenses, and the company’s tax contribution was noticeably higher.
The profit before taxes of Atlas Honda Limited showed an impressive 72.75% annual growth. Overall, the financial report shows that throughout the period under examination, the company continued to operate profitably and robustly.
