PM Pushes to Make Pakistan a Global Tourist Hub
The Prime Minister said that both the government and private companies should work together to help international tourists visit Pakistan’s beautiful places. He said this while leading a meeting about improving tourism in the country.
He also said special efforts should be made to support local tourism so that more people from within Pakistan visit tourist spots. He called for long-term plans and investments in the tourism sector.
The Prime Minister said that Pakistan can earn a lot of foreign money by promoting tourism.
He praised Pakistan’s natural beauty, saying that the country has mountains with snow, forests, rivers, deserts, and many other beautiful places. Because of all this, Pakistan is just as good as any other country for tourism.
PM Wants to Make Pakistan a Top Tourist Destination
He said that Pakistan should be promoted globally as a tourist brand. With the help of the provinces, efforts should be made across the whole country to improve tourism.
He added, “We want to make Pakistan one of the best travel destinations in the world.”
In the meeting, the Prime Minister was given suggestions on how to fully develop the tourism industry.
The ideas included promoting northern tourist spots, developing medical tourism, and other helpful projects.
Ministers and government advisors from different departments and regions attended the meeting, including the ministers for information, railways, national heritage, and affairs of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
