Two Police Killed in Quetta Raid Manhunt Ongoing
The gunmen opened fire during a police raid, resulting in the death of two policemen. “An attacker was also killed in the exchange of fire,” according to police.
“DSP City was also injured in the exchange of fire,” officials said.
According to earlier reports, three persons, including the DSP, were injured in the attack.
The injured were transferred to a hospital in Quetta. Police are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
Last year, in a gruesome incident, five bullet-riddled bodies were found in Dalbandin in Chagai district, identified as former Afghan security personnel.
According to SSP Chagai, the persons had been missing for several months.
The police confirmed that the bodies were handed over to the families.
Police officials said that the bodies were recovered from Dalbandin’s Sorgal area.
