Islamabad, August 2025 – Türkiye has announced new updates to its transit visa process and fee structure for Pakistani travelers, as part of its ongoing efforts to simplify travel through its key international hubs, especially Istanbul.
The Turkish transit visa allows passengers from Pakistan and other countries to pass through Türkiye while en route to their final destinations. Depending on their travel plans, passengers can either remain within the airport’s transit zone or apply for a visa if they wish to leave the airport during their stopover.

Visa Applications in Pakistan
In Pakistan, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has authorized Anatolia Travel Services to handle visa applications. The agency collects original passports and required documents under the guidelines of the Turkish Embassy and Consulate.
