Jill Biden and Joe Biden’s private discussion disclosed
Earlier this week, US President Joe Biden met with leaders of the Muslim community to discuss First Lady Jill Biden opinions over Israel continuous violence against Gazans.
Witness to the meeting, Dr. Nahreen Ahmed, told CNN that Biden cited his wife as stating, “It has to stop.”
Nevertheless, a person who requested anonymity recalled that Biden had quoted Jill as demanding, “Stop it.” Now stop it.
Ahmed, however, pointed out that the comments were ambiguous because it’s unclear if the first lady desired a full cessation of hostilities in Gaza or only a decrease in the number of civilian casualties.
In response to the first lady’s statements, a White House spokesperson told CNN that the president and his wife are “no daylight” apart. The individual mentioned that they both felt enraged by the innocent people’s killings in Gaza. However, the insider went on to say that Jill made no mention of stopping Israel’s assault.
The first lady’s director of communications, Elizabeth Alexander, stated that Jill is “heartbroken” about the murders of civilians, particularly humanitarian workers. She said that the first lady supports her husband’s view that Israel had to guarantee the safety of people.
“The First Lady, like the President, is very saddened by the assaults on humanitarian workers and the ongoing loss of innocent life in Gaza. Both of them desire more action from Israel to safeguard people.
