Usmani’s YouTube Channel Deleted Censorship Concerns Arise
Zeeshan-ul-Hassan Usmani, a Pakistani data scientist, writer, entrepreneur, and computer science scholar, recently had his YouTube channel with over 3 million subscribers deleted by the platform. Usmani authored numerous books on technology, politics, and international affairs, and his content primarily revolved around personal and spiritual development and emerging technologies.
YouTube claimed that the content he posted was “harmful and dangerous” and against their safety guidelines and deleted the channel. The deletion of his channel also raises concerns about censorship and content moderation policies.
