5 Netflix shows that are worth-watching

During this pandemic, the screen time of people majorly increased due to work from home and online classes. But, besides all this, the couch potatoes have wasted their time procrastinating over Netflix. Netflix is an application consisting of thousands of TV shows, Movies, Documentaries and Cartoons. In spite of having a long list, not every show is worth watching. I have heard reviews about many of them but I have seen only 4 till now. They are all worth watching;

1. Money Heist:

A criminal mastermind who goes by “The Professor” has a plan to pull off the biggest heist in recorded history; to print billions of euros in the Royal Mint of Spain. To help him carry out the ambitious plan, he recruits eight people with certain abilities and who have nothing to lose. The group of thieves take hostages to aid in their negotiations with the authorities, who strategize to come up with a way to capture The Professor. As more time elapses, the robbers prepare for a showdown with the police. 

Money Heist is a thriller having an Imdb rating of 8.3/10 because yes, it’s binge worthy among other shows. It has total 4 seasons and the 5th one is excepted to launch in September.

 2. Stranger Things:

Just because I am a mystery lover, I liked stranger things a lot. The story goes like; In 1980s Indiana, a group of young friends witness supernatural forces and secret government exploits. As they search for answers, the children unravel a series of extraordinary mysteries. Stranger things is a children science-fiction show. It has an Imdb rating of 8.7/10 because it deserves it! I have seen it twice and still haven’t got enough of it.

3. Locke and Key:

It sounds more like “lock” and key but it actually is “Locke” and key. The story revolves around Rendell Locke and his family. They were a family of 5 but the father was murdered after which they were 4; a mom & 3 kids. Life was all well and good until they found the reality-bending keys in their house. That’s when the tables turned. It has got the Imdb rating of 7.4/10. It belongs to the genre of Drama. Also, it only has one season. But, to be honest, not everyone is going to like this as it is different from the typical dramas.

4. Typewriter:

Typewriter is also a drama but in Hindi. However, it is different from the desi-Indian drama stories. Having an Imdb rating of 6.5/10, typewriter is only  one season long. It’s story goes like; A haunted house and an old book stir the imaginations of young wannabe ghost hunters, but when a new family move to town, the home’s buried secrets resurface. It is not that much worthy of watching but okay if you do so. And yes, it also is violent and scary at times as compared to other shows, so if you have a soft heart, stay away from it!
