Senate Election to begin shortly with Mystery of Hidden Cameras
Senate Election with hidden cameras: Voting for electing the Senate chairman and the deputy will begin shortly as the opposition and the government on Friday continued to trade barbs over a “hidden” camera found in the polling booth.
Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah; who is presiding over the session and has earlier administered the oath to all 48 newly-elected members of the Upper House;
Read out the names of the candidates contesting for the positions as well as the senators sponsoring them.
The Mystery of Hidden Cameras
Shah has also directed the formation of a body; comprising an equal number of senators from the government;
And the opposition to investigate the matter of “hidden” cameras found earlier in the session.
“Recovered items like cameras and otherwise; will secure and seal till the final disposal of the matter,” he said.
He further said new polling booths had established and asked representatives from both sides to inspect them.
Earlier, the special session got off to a noisy start as the opposition; leading by PPP’s Raza Rabbani, claimed that “secret cameras” had installed at the polling booth.
“This is against Article 226 of the Constitution,” he said, as the house resounded with chants of “shame, shame”.

Responding to Khokhar’s tweet Fawad Chaudhry said that it looked more like a CCTV cable camera and not a spy camera as claimed by the senator.
The Science Minister explained that the spy camera seems more sophisticated; and call on the secretary Senate to investigate the claim.

A new twist came in the swordplay when Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar claimed to find another camera in a nail of the wooden divider.
This is one example of Spy Camera the camera can be fitted in a head of nail even,detection of such cameras is impossible, in all likelihood CCTV Camera cable is misunderstood as spy camera pic.twitter.com/KPu8a2RCpA
