An employee at Harda District Hospital stated, “We can confirm seven deaths so far,” requesting anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the media. “We have 65 injured admitted here, and have referred 10 others to a bigger hospital.”
About fifteen fire engines were fighting the intense fire, according to senior district administrator Kailash Chand Parte, who was directing rescue attempts from the facility.
“At least eight people had very serious injuries… we are here at the site and focused on rescue work and sending people to the hospitals, so we can’t immediately confirm the number of dead,”
So far, we’ve been able to save the lives of roughly 70–75 individuals who had varied injuries. They’ve all been hurried to nearby government hospitals.”
