In May 2022, a group of attackers shot and killed the singer in Mansa, Punjab. He was taken to the hospital immediately after his injuries, but he passed away before getting help. After his death, his family members arranged the singer’s Antim Ardas ceremony, which is a final prayer. Balkaur Singh, the father of Moose Wala, became emotional at the event and questioned the audience, “What was my son’s fault?” Additionally, he declared, “Today, I am ruined.”
