Experts believe this achievement could encourage wider adoption of digital currencies in Pakistan, potentially driving new ideas, innovations, and investments in blockchain technology.

Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan Forge Partnership on Crypto and Blockchain

In a related development, Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to collaborate on crypto, blockchain, and digital finance initiatives. During a high-level video conference on Saturday, Pakistan’s Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain, Bilal Bin Saqib, held in-depth discussions with Farukht Aminov, Director of Kyrgyzstan’s National Investment Agency.

Both countries emphasized the importance of sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices in digital innovation. Bilal Bin Saqib praised Kyrgyzstan’s strategic role in shaping regulatory frameworks for digital assets. The two sides agreed to adopt a joint strategic approach and plan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize their partnership.

This agreement comes just a day after the U.S. unveiled its long-awaited Digital Asset Framework, signaling a broader shift toward international coordination in digital asset regulation.
