Benazir Kafalat Registration Begins Under BISP Dynamic Survey 2025

ISLAMABAD – The Government of Pakistan has launched a fresh registration drive under the Benazir Kafalat Program, aiming to ensure that only the most deserving low-income families continue to benefit from the quarterly stipend of Rs13,500.

First initiated in 2008, the Benazir Kafalat Program is a flagship initiative of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). With the launch of the BISP Dynamic Survey, authorities are working to update demographic data and expand access to Pakistan’s social protection network.

How to Register for the Benazir Kafalat Program
Eligible families must visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Registration Centre and follow these steps:

Collect a token from the registration desk

Wait for your turn and complete an interview with the BISP staff

Provide accurate household information

Receive a confirmation slip after submission

After successful registration, applicants will get a confirmation message from 8171, informing them about their eligibility status.

Required Documents
To streamline the process, BISP has issued the following guidelines for applicants:

Bring the original CNIC and B-form of the children

Provide your mobile number for updates

Carry a recent electricity bill for address verification

Registration is free; any demand for money is illegal

Expanded Outreach and Mobile Vans
To reach underserved communities, BISP has deployed mobile registration vans and launched a dedicated mobile app for tracking dynamic survey progress. The new system includes biometric verification and enables existing beneficiaries to update their data.

Families who have been receiving aid for over three years must re-register by June 30 to avoid disqualification.

Banking Access for Women
In a move toward financial inclusion, BISP is collaborating with the State Bank of Pakistan to open individual bank accounts for over 9 million women beneficiaries, ensuring transparent fund transfers and promoting financial independence.

Stay Updated
Citizens are advised to keep checking messages from 8171 and visit their local BISP centre for assistance. Successful registration enables access not only to quarterly stipends but also to other welfare schemes under the BISP umbrella.
