Jason Kelce Admits Mom’s Always Favored Travis… Until Now
In a candid moment on the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, hosted with his brother Travis, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce revealed that he’s never been the favorite child—at least not until recently.
“Mom’s always had Travis as number one. I do know,” Jason admitted, only to be interrupted by Travis, who quipped, “Right now, Mom has Jason no. 1.”
The shift in favoritism, it seems, comes with fatherhood. Jason noted that Travis, who shares four daughters—Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 5 months—with his wife, Kylie Kelce, has earned a special spot in their mom’s heart.
“That is true. She has said that. She’s put some pressure on him,” Jason added, prompting guest Deion Sanders, the legendary football coach, to tease Travis: “What are you waiting on, Dad? So what are you waiting on?”
