Rain and Flood Damage Report in Balochistan
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) of Balochistan shared a report today about the damage caused by recent heavy rains.
According to the report:
A child died and a man was injured when a wall collapsed during rain in Khuzdar.
People also lost their lives in rain-related incidents in the districts of Zhob, Ziarat, Musakhel, Khuzdar, Loralai, Lasbela, and Kohlu.
At least eight people were injured in different rain-related accidents.
Heavy rain and floods damaged 47 houses in total.
In Khuzdar alone, five houses were damaged in the last 24 hours.
Overall, 39 houses were partly damaged, and 8 houses were destroyed.
The PDMA said that relief work is going on in the affected areas to help the people.
