Join BOK as Managing Director/CEO Lead Pakistan’s Premier Bank to Success

The Bank of Khyber (BOK) is in search of a highly skilled and goal-oriented professional to join as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), overseeing the overall direction and administration of the Bank in alignment with the directives of the Board of Directors. The position aims to ensure the Bank’s success and optimize all aspects of its operations for the benefit of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in banking, including at least 5 years at a senior level as Executive Vice President or above in a Bank/DFI.

Age: Applicants should be between 45 to 62 years old.

Education: A minimum qualification of Graduation or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Economics. Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalency certificate from the HEC of Pakistan at the time of the interview.

Fit and Proper Criteria: Candidates must meet all criteria as set out in the “Fit and Proper Criteria” of the Bank of Pakistan.
