Eligibility Criteria

• Open to both male and female students.
• Applicants must be studying at the graduation or master’s level in government institutes.
• PhD and MPhil students are not eligible unless they are pursuing MPhil directly after graduation.
• Students at intermediate or school levels must apply through their respective schools/institutes.
• Applicants must not be receiving a scholarship exceeding Rs. 25,000 per year from another organization.
• Students must have secured at least 60% marks at all levels.

Application Process

Online Application: The application is submitted through the online web application system for students enrolled in graduation or master level programs.

Document Submission: First-time applicants must fill out the online scholarship application and upload the required scanned documents.

Application Review: The review process may take 30 to 45 days. Applicants can check the status of their application weekly on the website.

Application Status: Status updates include Clarify, Incomplete, Complete, Not Accepted, and Approved.

Approval and Disbursement: Upon approval, a cheque will be dispatched to the applicant’s institute within 10 to 30 days. The institute will verify the cheque before handing it over to the student or adjusting it in the student’s fee. The cheque can be encashed at any Meezan Bank Branch by presenting the original NIC Card and providing a NIC Copy.

Important Points:

• The scholarship is disbursed on a fiscal yearly basis from July 1st to June 30th.
• Students may apply for renewal next year if their course continues.
• Applicants with previously “Not Accepted” cases or those who provided false information/documents are permanently disqualified from reapplying.

Additional Documents: Hifz Certificate (if Hafiz Al-Quran), Disability Certificate (if applicable), semester/yearly results, fee receipts or bank challans, salary slip (if guardian is employed), pension documents (if guardian is a pensioner), enrollment certificates of all studying siblings (if guardian is non-salaried), electricity bill, and college card (if available).

Private College Fee Receipt: If studied in a private college at the intermediate level.
