Low in calories and high in nutrition, fruit salad is the perfect snack to binge on to satiate your hunger pangs. It is super healthy and contains a number of different flavours. It contains a number of fruits like banana, apple, kiwi, chikoo, watermelon, strawberry, blueberry and muskmelon. The dressing of the salad too is super healthy and is made using honey, lemon juice, olive oil, chaat masala and black salt. You can adjust the ingredients as per your taste and include your favourite fruits in it. It serves as a nutritious breakfast or you can also have it as a mid-morning or evening snack. Method of Fruit Salad:

  1. Peel and chop the fruits as per your requirement. You can either cut them into small cubes or scoop out round balls to give a fancy presentation to the salad.
  2. Add olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and chaat masala to a bowl. Whiskey well with a fork to prepare a dressing.
  3. Collect all the fruits in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Give a gentle mix and garnish with mint leaves. Your delicious mixed fruit salad is ready to be served.
