Pakistan Celebrates Operation Bunyan un Marsoos Anniversary in Bahrain

BAHRAIN — Pakistan marked the anniversary of Operation Bunyan un Marsoos with a series of events highlighting the nation’s achievements and the steadfast leadership of its civilian and military officials.

The official ceremony began with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the reading of messages from Pakistan’s President, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister. The Ambassador then addressed attendees, who also had the opportunity to watch a documentary on Marka-i-Haq and explore a special photo exhibition. The exhibition showcased aircraft, missiles, and cybersecurity tools used during the operation, emphasizing the determination and resolve of Pakistan’s leaders throughout the mission.

The celebrations extended beyond the official ceremony, with the Pakistani community in Bahrain organizing various events attended by local Bahraini nationals. The Mission played a central role in coordinating these activities, ensuring that the achievements of Pakistan during Operation Bunyan un Marsoos were widely recognized and celebrated.

The occasion also received formal recognition from Bahrain’s leadership. His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and other senior officials conveyed their congratulations to Pakistan.

In addition, leading Bahraini newspapers, including The Daily Tribune and Gulf Daily News, published special supplements to mark the anniversary, featuring congratulatory messages from Pakistan’s President, Prime Minister, and Ambassador, further highlighting the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.
