Islamabad – In a significant ruling, Justice Muhammad Asif announced the verdict on Tuesday, following the earlier reservation of judgment by Justice Athar Minallah.

Forensic audit confirms Saqib Nisar’s audio leak was ‘edited’

The petition had gained attention due to a controversy dating back to 2021, when an alleged audio clip surfaced. In the recording, former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar was purportedly heard giving directions regarding the Panama Papers case verdict. The authenticity of the clip was heavily debated, sparking widespread calls for a formal inquiry.
