Zayn Malik ignites controversy at a concert with a recent update

Zayn Malik desires a "super-minimalistic and raw" sound for his next album

With his new picture carousel, Zayn Malik caused uncertainty among Zquad members who believed they had missed one of his much-anticipated concerts.

The former member of One Direction shared a few pictures and other sporadic views on Instagram with the message, “LONDON… THANK YOU,” to reveal a peek of his trip to the city.

The first picture showed the number one on the Dusk Till Dawn chart, practicing guitar in what seemed to be a studio or maybe a backstage area.

In the last picture, some cameramen were spotted video graphing the 31-year-old musician as he made a pose. He recently released his first single, What I Am, off his upcoming album Room Under the Stairs.

His admirers didn’t take long to unite in his comment area and voice their astonishment.

One follower remarked, “BRO CAPTIONED IT LIKE ITS A TOUR POST SCARED THE F OUT OF ME LIKE I MISSED IT AAAAA.”

“I thought he performed,” a second Zquads member says in response to the first.

Because the Pillowtalk hitmaker, who is renowned for going under the radar, has been posting on social media sites often to promote his next album, the message may have confused some fans who weren’t familiar with it.

Fans expected Malik, 31, would be open for a tour as well, frequently pushing him to schedule one, since he has returned to the spotlight to set a “good example” for his three-year-old daughter Khai, whom he has with Gigi Hadid.
