Studying Abroad

Education is a process of gaining or providing information. Education plays a vital role in our lives. It is a staircase that helps us move forward. The manners that we are taught and the lessons that we learn throughout life also come under the banner of education. There are many educational institutions around the world where thousands of students go for studying. However, not all institutions provide better education which is why students get confuse when it comes to graduating. There are a number of reputable universities to choose from. But, whether to study abroad or to study within the country is the first question that arises. In my preference, studying abroad is a better option.

Some reasons to study abroad

There are many reasons to be stated for this, starting from the hostel conditions. Being a Pakistani citizen, I have heard a lot from students about the hostels in our universities. Some say there are no proper bathrooms, no proper bedrooms and shortage of water is also another problem. Some have also reported the shortage of Sui gas which is why they constantly have to buy food from hotels. We all know eating food from outside every day is pretty harmful for health. Despite this, there are some other reasons too.

Improper education system is also a major reason for this preference. Students not getting proper marks even after studying hard, not getting admissions in the universities after getting good marks in the tests shows lacking in our education system. People who fill the pockets of the board members are the only ones getting seats in the universities that are well reputed. Also, there are people who get fake degrees.

Another reason to state is an improper environment. Our universities don’t provide a proper environment for students to study. This is a major reason of students not taking interest in studying. Even in some universities, there are no proper equipment. There are no air-conditioned rooms for students, no matter how scorching the heat is. No proper projectors have been installed in the classrooms. No proper computers in labs are provided. How are we supposed to study in an environment as such?
