Women’s World Cup 2025: India and Sri Lanka to Co-Host Exciting 13th Edition
The 13th edition of the Women’s Cricket World Cup is set to be a thrilling spectacle, jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka from September 30 to November 2, with matches scheduled across five cities.
Eight teams will battle it out in a round-robin format, with the top four advancing to the knockout stage, promising plenty of high-stakes cricket. Defending champions Australia have already secured direct qualification, joined by England, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and hosts India. Pakistan and Bangladesh rounded out the lineup through the qualifiers held in April.
The tournament will kick off on September 30 in Guwahati, where India will take on Sri Lanka in a highly anticipated opening clash.
