ARY Network Marks 25 Years with Tributes and Celebrations
KARACHI – ARY Network celebrated its 25th anniversary with tributes from government leaders and heartfelt messages from the channel’s leadership.
Speaking on the occasion, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi recalled that the journey of ARY began 25 years ago with the vision of Haji Abdul Razzaq and Haji Mohammad Iqbal. He praised ARY President and CEO Salman Iqbal for carrying forward this legacy and taking the network to new heights.
Naqvi described ARY as one of Pakistan’s pioneering television channels and expressed deep respect for Haji Mohammad Iqbal, whom he called his mentor. He congratulated the ARY team on the milestone and prayed for the network’s continued growth, saying he hopes to see ARY celebrating 50 and even 100 years of success.
On the silver jubilee, Salman Iqbal shared a special message of gratitude for ARY’s viewers, team members, and advertising partners. He said their trust, dedication, and support have been the driving forces behind the channel’s rise as the world’s largest and most-watched Urdu-language network.
Salman Iqbal also paid tribute to the network’s founder, Haji Abdul Razzak Yaqoob, whose vision and leadership he said continue to inspire ARY. Remembering his late daughter, Samia Salman, he said her memory was the reason he began this journey and remains a guiding presence in his life.
