You may express your gratitude to your creator by praying five times a day: Nara Fatehi discusses Islam

Nara Fatehi discusses Islam

Bollywood dancer and performer Nora Fatehi recently shared a short clip on Instagram in which she discussed her Muslim beliefs. The Street Dancer 3D performer, who is Canadian-Moroccan, disclosed that she has been fasting since the age of 14. Her parents instilled this discipline in her from an early age.

During and during the holy month of Ramadan, Fatehi expressed her strong sense of intuition by vehemently declaring, “I fast every day, even though I’m working.” I don’t ever end my fast. It’s always continued by me. It’s a terrific opportunity for me to grow in discipline and spirituality throughout Ramadan. It’s my responsibility.

The actor claims that fasting is an unavoidable aspect of her religion and that she must reconcile it with the demands of her career. She said it again, “I have to do it.” “I have to respect my religion and have a spiritual bent, but I also have to go to work! Why must I select [either] of these options?

Fatehi continued her explanation by saying that she pursues her work while balancing her religious commitments and the material side of her life. Being physically active is a requirement of my employment as a performer, but it doesn’t mean I break my fast. It is a duty to fast, and it can be kept in addition to other obligations.

In addition to fasting, Fatehi also emphasized in a different video the value of prayer and the role that everyday act has in her life. The actor went on to explain the soothing effects of daily prayer, saying, “You’re in a different realm, both spiritually and mentally, when you go into your zone of connecting with your creator, whoever that is for you.”

“What’s so beautiful about praying five times a day is that, in the chaos of the world, there’s two minutes when you stop and you thank your creator,” Fatehi said, adding that the act alone enables her to take a little respite.

Fatehi made a name for herself as a dancer in Indian movies after starting her Bollywood career in 2014. Although some of her fans have been moved by her new religious insights, some on social media have expressed cynicism and questioned the seeming contradiction between Fatehi’s religious beliefs and her entertainment profession.
