De-stressing has now become an integral part of our mental health routine. We all need to unwind at the end of the day. Some of us like to relax with a hot cup of tea and watch our favorite show. Others prefer talking to friends and sharing details about our day. Also, some just SLEEP. All these are great ways to detox your hectic mind. My Personal Listening Experience

I signed on as a listener back in 2018 after a friend of mine recommended it to me. She’s been listener for two years and said it helped her. I’m more of a listener than a talker. So, I joined the community to see if I could help spread positivity and give emotional support to others. I learned a lot. The foremost thing was to be grateful and help others as much as possible. I guess listening to others speak about their inner turmoil helped me to better observe people. It helped me to grow as a person; to become a more compassionate and non-judgmental human being.
